Limestone Lodges are situated on the fringe of the Lake District National park, in the small Cumbrian village of Bothel, renowned for it's spectacular views over the Solway coastline to the Scottish hills.

Five minutes from Bassenthwaite and fifteen minutes from Keswick the location is ideal for spending time in the whole of the northern lakes. Visitors can also easily spend a day in Scotland and the historic border city of Carlisle. We are situated on the edge of the village, within easy walking distance of the Greyhound Inn, which serves excellent reasonably priced food, and is extremely popular with locals.
