For the past four years Torduff has been successfully utilised as a holiday home whilst providing an excellent return from rentals for the owners. Torduff sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The spacious open-plan living area complete with stylish furniture and wall mounted plasma television and DVD player, leads out through the panoramic windows on to the large decking area and veranda which also has breathtaking views.

Five star letting potential

Torduff lodge is inspected annually by Visit Britain and has achieved the maximum five star rating. This is reflected in the excellent return you can expect from rentals. We can offer a tailor made management service and will take care of everything for you, including all cleaning, laundry, booking administration and advertising. As we live close by, there is always someone on-hand to welcome your guests and assist them throughout their stay. Please contact us for a copy of the projected rental income for this year.

Annual maintenance charge

Torduff lodge's annual maintenance charge is £2000 and includes sewerage, water, refuse collection, local rates and upkeep of grounds. Electricity and LPG gas is supplied (directly from the supplier) on an individual meter basis. Please note that unlike other sites we do not charge our owners a commission for electricity and gas.
